You are more than welcome to pay with an alternate payment method the day of your appointment! However, I will need to have a card on file for the reasons listed below...
LATE POLICY:
All appointments are given a 15 minute grace period. If you cannot make it until after the grace period, we may have to reschedule your appointment in order to provide the best service for you and to be courteous to my other guests. Rushed hair is only half as good and half as fun!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancellations that occur with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the value of the appointment. Subsequent cancellations without the required notice will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment.
COLOR CORRECTION POLICY:
In order to book a color correction appointment, you must schedule a 30 minute consultation. During this consultation we will map out a goal for your hair as well as do a possible strand test with your permission.
To cancel your appointment, I will need a 72 hour+ notice.
CHILDREN & pets:
Children: A salon can be a very dangerous place for a young one! So please make arrangements beforehand - and be aware of time as some color appointments can last up to 8+ hours.
Animals: Service animals only please

In the case that an adjustment to your cut or color service is needed, please contact me immediately.
